All manual clean Microseparators® are manufactured with 304 SS cabinet assemblies, 304 SS fasteners, and 304 SS fluid connections. Rotors are treated aluminum and are available in 304 SS (except 30 Series). Rotors are manually cleaned in a simple operation in which the rotor liner is removed from the rotor body and solids discharged to an appropriate container. All modules are supplied complete with structural base, UL Certified electrical controls, safety limit switch, and primary inlet piping assembly with feed control valve. Pictured at right is the portable module, ideal for moving the centrifuge between multiple process points or fixed tank-side. Below left is the SD module, perfect for installation on an existing tank or at grade level.
