Engineering:
Our team of licensed professional engineers and process specialists can provide a detailed system design for your specific operation. Site planning, computerized fluid flow analysis, integration with process instrumentation and system electrical controls, and build to suit engineered systems are but a few of our capabilities. Our team has designed installations as large as 45 self-cleaning Microseparators® with MicroCone® fluid processing systems. We are a Tier One Supplier to the auto industry bringing a multi-disciplinary approach to evaluation, design, installation, training, and on-going support.

Documentation:
We believe that we do a better job of documenting our products than anyone. Our O&M manuals contain numerous digital photographs together with AutoCAD® v.2000 drawings, and step by step procedures for installation, operation, routine maintenance, and major service. We can provide documentation in print or CD-ROM. On some control packages, we can install all of the O&M manuals within the system processor for instantaneous access by operators.

System Commissioning and Training:
On-site start up assistance is provided at no additional charge on all self-cleaning Microseparators® sold in the US. Service outside the US is available by separate quotation. We have installed our machines in Europe, Asia, So. America, and even Cincinnati. We know our way around.

Parts and Service:
Our parts inventory is gigantic! We can drop ship parts anywhere in the world in short order. We can accept your parts orders via EDI, fax, or mail and process your order on Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or on terms . Our operations team is expert in handling your shipment, utilizing all major modes of transportation and focused on getting you the quickest delivery at the lowest possible price. Parts order can be processed for next day delivery up until 8:00 PM EST.

Machine Rebuilding Service:
Since 1983 we have been providing the most durable industrial centrifuges in the market. Because their core components are so robust, it is financially sound to rebuild the machines when needed. We can rebuild your Microseparator® with brand new parts (and sometimes rebuilt assemblies to save you money), update your electrical controls, and provide you with a substantial warranty to protect your investment.

System Runoff
All tank system products are wet tested prior to shipment. We can also runoff equipment per your system requirements in our factory and provide written test protocol and performance results for your records.
