Our latest product introduction is the innovative V3 fluid system designed for the special needs of the Ophthalmic Industry. Optical lenses are manufactured from three primary materials: glass, plastic, and polycarbonate. These three materials, when machined, produce particulate that floats, sinks, and are physically suspended in the machining coolant. The V3 is the first automatic centrifugal fluid processing made for these characteristics.

Process efficiency and productivity is dramatically improved by eliminating manual centrifuge cleaning and weekly tank maintenance. Based upon many of the design features of our patented MicroConeŽ central systems, the V3 is the first design of its type for installation inside the ophthalmic laboratory. The overall height of the entire system is just 70" and packed with innovative features to process the fluid requirements of several CNC lens generators.

Key Features:

All light phase materials are removed immediately by the conveyor. The centrifuge discharges directly to the conveyor so that all debris is deposited in one container. Clarified coolant is available continuously to the generators even while the centrifuge is cleaning itself.
