Automatic

Automation of centrifuge cleaning multiplies the effective capacity compared to manually cleaned units. Selection of the self-cleaning versions is appropriate where:

  • Bulk solids separation volume or necessary fluid turnover rate is high.
  • Available labor for manual centrifuge cleaning is limited.
  • Direct contact with process solids or liquids is not recommended.

Microseparator® self-cleaning centrifuges are proven to be rugged and reliable even when separating highly abrasive materials such as glass, carbide, ceramics, composites and aluminum from process liquids.

Since 1983 we have been guiding our customers through the process of selecting the optimum solution for their fluid clarification needs. The information available on our website is meant to be an overview of the many possible solutions we offer. Data alone will not always lead to the best solution. Rather than just relying on specification sheets, we welcome the opportunity to review your process in depth and make our best recommendation. Our focus is always on your requirements and how best to integrate our technologies with your application – not the other way around.

Self-cleaning Microseparators® are available in two classes with three models and are most commonly supplied as part of a complete fluid processing system – always built to suit your process requirements.
