Process Optimization / Space Management
Pump Station
- Automatically pump all fluid, tape, chips, and long turning strands via overhead pipeline to the remote chip compactors or chip separators at the coolant management system
- Safely recover lenses, blocks, and alloy segments at the generator
- Eliminate collection of chip debris at the generator as well as coolant tanks and peripherals
Chip Separator
- Automatically separate chips and long turning strands from coolant remotely at the coolant management system
- Segregate PC from plastic lens waste by dedicating generator/Pump Station to material type
