The CF150 Microseparator® Series are high-performance, automatic-cleaning centrifuges designed for continuous liquid-solid separation in demanding industrial applications. Engineered for higher flow rates and increased solids-handling capacity, Bazell centrifuges process abrasive solids such as glass, quartz, ceramics, carbide, and metals while providing reliable clarification of process water, machine tool coolants, and oils without the need for consumable filter media.
The CF150 Microseparator® Series are ideal for customers requiring a larger-capacity automatic-cleaning centrifuge for centralized systems, OEM equipment integration, and high-production manufacturing environments. Designed for continuous operation, the CF150 helps reduce maintenance requirements, minimize downtime, and improve overall fluid management efficiency.
Our automatic-cleaning Microseparator® centrifuges are commonly used in applications with higher solids-loading requirements and larger process flow demands. Depending on fluid characteristics, particle distribution, and process conditions, the system is capable of removing particles down to 10 microns while maintaining continuous automated solids discharge.
