The CF105 Microseparator® Series are high-performance, automatic-cleaning centrifuges designed for continuous liquid-solid separation in a wide variety of industrial applications. Bazell centrifuges have been engineered to process abrasive solids such as glass, quartz, ceramics, carbide, and metals, providing reliable clarification of process water, machine tool coolants, and oils without the need for consumable filter media. The CF105 Microseparator® Series are the preferred choice for customers seeking an automatic-cleaning centrifuge for integration into centralized systems, OEM equipment, and high-production manufacturing environments.
Our automatic-cleaning Microseparator® centrifuges are commonly used in applications requiring continuous operation and higher solids-handling capacity. The CF105 is capable of processing flow rates up to 25 GPM with a solids holding capacity of approximately 3.75 gallons (14.1 L). Depending on fluid characteristics, particle distribution, and process conditions, the system is capable of removing particles down to 10 microns.
