The CF80 Microseparator® Series is a robust, manually cleaned centrifuge engineered for high-performance liquid-solid separation in demanding industrial applications. Designed to process higher flow rates while handling abrasive solids such as glass, quartz, ceramics, carbide, and metals, the CF80 delivers reliable clarification of process water, machine tool coolants, and oils without the use of consumable filter media.
The CF80 Microseparator® Series is ideal for OEMs and end users seeking a larger-capacity manual-cleaning centrifuge for integration into skid-mounted, tank-mounted, or centralized fluid management systems.
CF80 manual-cleaning centrifuges are commonly used in applications with moderate solids-loading requirements and process flow rates up to 25 GPM. With a bowl solids capacity of approximately 2.75 gallons (693 cu. in). The system is well suited for extended operation between cleanings. Depending on fluid characteristics, particle distribution, and process conditions, the CF80 is capable of removing particles down to 10 microns.
