The CF50 Microseparator® Series is a robust, manually cleaned centrifuge engineered for high-performance liquid-solid separation across a wide range of industrial applications. Designed to handle abrasive solids such as glass, quartz, ceramics, carbide, and metals, the CF50 delivers reliable clarification of process water, machine tool coolants, and oils without the use of consumable filter media.
The CF50 Microseparator® Series is an ideal solution for OEMs and end users looking to integrate a compact manual-cleaning centrifuge into custom skid, tank, or centralized process systems.
CF50 manual-cleaning centrifuges are commonly applied in processes with lower solids-loading requirements, typically less than 12 gallons of solids accumulation per 8-hour operating period. Depending on fluid characteristics, particle distribution, and process conditions, the system is capable of removing particles down to 10 microns.
